i’m embarrassed to admit that i don’t cook at home nearly as often as i should.
how i came to this conclusion?
i was riffling through my cupboards the other day and found two cans of soup that had expired over a year and a half ago, and two boxes of cornbread mix that had expired around the same time.
and i just noticed these both the other day.

i’d really like to get in to cooking. i think i would enjoy doing it. it’s just that coming home from work at 6:30 pm on weekdays doesn’t leave me very motivated to whip something up other than the easy stuff.
gotta work on that.
